Please refer to our flight tracker to help coordinate carpooling to and from the hotel.

Guest rooms have been reserved for all Exchange attendees at the Signia by Hilton Orlando. A rooming list with individual arrival and departure details is available for review. Please take a moment to confirm your information and contact Laura Lirio if anything appears inaccurate regarding your stay.
Hotel check-in begins on Monday, March 16 at 4:00 p.m., with check-out at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20.
Unless otherwise arranged in advance, attendees who need to arrive outside of the official conference dates (e.g., Sunday arrival) will have those additional accommodations booked on their behalf; however, the cost of those nights will be the attendee’s responsibility.
To support smooth arrivals and departures, we've created a shared Flight Tracker for Exchange attendees. This resource allows you to view flight details and arrival times, making it easier to coordinate transportation plans.
We encourage you to use the tracker to connect with colleagues arriving at similar times and arrange shared rides to and from the airport.
Please plan for business casual attire throughout the Exchange, including most evening events unless otherwise noted. Business casual includes slacks or well-kept jeans, dresses or skirts, blouses, button-down shirts, lightweight sweaters, and blazers. T-shirts, athletic wear, shorts, and flip-flops are not recommended during general sessions or the Monday and Tuesday dinners.
For Wednesday and Thursday evening dinners, attire may be more relaxed. Tailored jeans, collared shirts, casual dresses, and tailored shorts are appropriate. Comfortable footwear is encouraged, particularly for outdoor venues.
