Situated within the Bonnet Creek nature preserve, Signia by Hilton Orlando offers a modern setting with the spaces and amenities needed to support focused collaboration and productive sessions throughout the Exchange.

Attendees are encouraged to use Uber or other ride-hail services for transportation between Orlando International Airport and the hotel. If you require an NRT, please reach out to Laura Lirio and Reggie Worth.

Guest rooms have been reserved for all Exchange attendees at the Signia by Hilton Orlando. Hotel check-in begins on Monday, March 16 at 4:00 p.m., with check-out at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20.

For attendees requiring a Sunday arrival, accommodations will be arranged, with the associated cost applied to the attendee’s corporate credit card.
Please plan for business casual attire during the Exchange. Many evening dinners will take place outdoors, and guests may wish to dress a bit more polished for the evening events.
